Brent Wheeler is the Founder and President of At Home Pros.

Brent Wheeler is the Founder and President of At Home Pros. Brent is a true visionary with more than 20 years of business management, marketing, and operations experience.  Brent began as a General Contractor and still holds his General Contractor license. As an experienced leader, Brent has taken multiple businesses from concept to multi-million-dollar revenues. Brent’s track record of problem-solving skills has grown profits for companies of all sizes by improving strategies and operational pioneering.  He recently helped in organizing and selling Back Pain Centers of America where he previously served as Chief Operating Officer and continues to serve as a Board Member for Ancillon Health.

Brent has a long history of helping businesses grow in both the healthcare and home services space.  Working with companies like Terminix, Trugreen, and American Home Shield to solve customer acquisition challenges he takes a common-sense approach with utilizing marketing, call center operations and numbers-based results to impact positive change in these organizations.

His vision for At Home Pros is to combine his marketing, technology, and business management knowledge with the best practices for customer acquisition, for local, regional, and national brands in the home services space to efficiently match homeowners with the RIGHT service provider.  Under Brent’s management, some of his home services clients have grown over 300% while ensuring a sound homeowner and customer experience.

Since 2003, Brent has helped Response Mine Interactive grow into a thriving business focused on healthcare marketing and in-home services. His firm understanding of direct response principles created strategies that drove strong contributions to the financial health of companies like Terminix, Trugreen, The Home Depot, Liberty Medical, and Life Line Screening. Prior to that, Brent worked at Google. In addition, he maintains a thriving residential real estate portfolio.

Brent has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Georgia located in Dahlonega, GA.  Brent enjoys traveling and has visited 27 countries. When he is not traveling, he is spending time with his family and 2 golden doodles.

Andrew Baum serves as the VP for At Home Pros.

Andrew Baum serves as the VP for At Home Pros. started his career as a telephone service representative and held the positions of floor supervisor, shift supervisor and facility manager before joining on with Optima Direct in 1988.

As the first employee of Optima Direct, Andrew performed virtually every operational function and grew from program manager to Vice President, Operations/Client Services. In his eleven years, he saw a small entrepreneurial concept grow to become the standard bearer of the outsourced telemarketing industry and eventually sold to Rapp Collins Worldwide.

In 2000, Andrew Baum started Baum Communications, LLC. Baum Communications provided full service direct marketing services to a number of clients in a range of industries. While recognized as a specialist in retail and bridal direct marketing, Baum Communications provided enormous value to a variety of other industries such as: business publishing, non-profit organizations, membership associations, energy companies, high tech firms, financial institutions and the telecommunications industry.

In the fall of 2011, Andrew joined Response Mine Interactive, as the Vice President. Andrew’s experience provides Response Mine valuable insight and integration of offline media channels. He is responsible for directing the marketing and communication strategy for the pay for performance business line; which includes the management of relationships and supervision of profitability for all accounts.

Andrew Baum is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oneonta with a BS in Political Science. Andrew has been involved in the telemarketing industry since 1987.

Corey Spraggins serves as the Digital Advertising Director for At Home Pros.

Corey Spraggins serves as the Digital Advertising Director for At Home Pros. Corey has 9 years of digital advertising experience and has worked with many companies in the home service verticals.

He leads the At Home Pros digital advertising efforts for channels including paid search and display advertising, social media advertising, direct response TV, programmatic advertising and lead-generation advertising and has launched many affiliate networks for his home services clients.

Corey’s strengths are growing his client’s businesses, deal structures and negotiations. He has developed digital advertising strategies for many large companies including Equifax, H&R Block, JCPenney, Terminix and Trugreen.

Corey holds a Marketing, Consulting and Venture Management degree from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. When Corey is not helping his customers acquire new clients, he is enjoying time at his home in Atlanta, GA with his family and his new dog!

David Secrest is Senior Vice President of Media & Operations of At Home Pros.

David Secrest is Senior Vice President of Media & Operations of At Home Pros. David leads a diverse team that executes and supports a best-in-class patient experience across media and call center services. David’s leadership during the launch of AtHomePros.com played a significant role in the development of our go to market strategy. He facilitates positive interactions across our dual sided marketplace between homeowners looking for service and our local home service providers.

Prior to AtHomePros.com, David spent ten years leading customer acquisition campaigns for multiple large home service brands including Terminix, RenovationExperts.com, TruGreen, American Home Shield, and ADT. David has worked across multiple departments and media channels and understands the needs of each. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia.

Eric Rhem serves as the Vice President of Operations for At Home Pros.

Eric Rhem serves as the Vice President of Operations for At Home Pros. Eric ensures that all operational elements for each department functions at the optimal level based on key objectives and operational plans.

Prior to joining Response Mine Interactive in 2014, Eric spent twelve years working for American Home Shield focusing on recurring revenue models and call center operations, and his department drove more than $23 million in revenue each year. Under Eric’s leadership all of the call centers he has managed have seen conversion rates nearly double while saving hundreds of thousands in outsourced costs.

Kyle Brauer is the Director of New Business Development and Customer Success for At Home Pros.

Kyle Brauer is the Director of New Business Development and Customer Success for At Home Pros. Kyle has more than 10 years of experience growing businesses through new business acquisition and current customer expansion.  

As a tenured Customer Success Director, Kyle has contributed to the growth and success of many businesses in both the healthcare and home service spaces.  Kyle’s experience includes working with companies including Terminix, Trugreen, Aetna, Beltone, and American Home Shield. Kyle has helped many companies solve their customer acquisition challenges and prides himself on his customer’s successes.

Kyle holds Bachelor’s degree in English from the College of Charleston located in Charleston, SC.  He enjoys writing, going to live music events, travelling to parts less-known, and boarding in every variation- Snowboarding. Wakeboarding and skateboarding.

Tyler Wilson leads the Analytics department of At Home Pros.

Tyler Wilson leads the Analytics department of At Home Pros. With over 10 years of analytical experience, Tyler has managed over 6 billion rows of data through a variety of tools. Tyler’s ability to not only design malleable datasets, but also to communicate data-driven insights directly with clients has provided invaluable to our clients and internal teams.
Tyler’s has worked with a robust variety of companies to continually provide actionable insights to our clients utilizing data. Some of the clients he has worked with include Terminix, TruGreen, and American Home Shield.

Tyler has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Business Economics from Georgia State University and is currently completing a Masters Degree in Business Administrations from the University of Georgia. Prior to college Tyler proudly served in the US Navy as a Mass Communications Specialist for 5 years. Tyler enjoys fitness and golfing. When he is not on the course or running a race, Tyler is spending time with his wife and daughter.
